Using new healthcare equipment can seem intimidating, that is why we have provided a library of information to make the process as comfortable and easy-to-understand as possible. 

Our sleep department specializes in helping those with SLEEP APNEA get a better night's sleep. If you think you may have sleep apnea but have not yet been diagnosed, the process begins by scheduling a face-to-face visit with your doctor.

 

After this visit, you will need to perform a SLEEP STUDY, this can be scheduled at a SLEEP CENTER or BritKare can provide you with an at-home sleep study kit. If the study indicates that you do have sleep apnea, BritKare's sleep team will schedule a set-up meeting with you in order to find the machine and mask that best suit your needs.

Once you are set up, you will need to maintain COMPLIANCE in order for most insurances to pay for your equipment. Maintaining compliance involves using your machine at least 4 hours a night for 70% of a 30 day period. Although meeting compliance might seem intimidating, our sleep specialists will assist you along the way, checking in on your usage and handling any problems or discomforts you might have.

This form is required for knee walker rentals and confirms that the renter accepts responsibility for the knee walker.

Rental Condition Checklist

This form is required for all rentals. It verifies that the equipment-renter and BritKare representative have inspected and confirmed that condition of the rented equipment is suitable upon pick-up and drop-off.

This form states that the renter acknowledges the replacement prices for lost or damaged parts of the knee walker rentals.

Knee Walker Replacement Pricing

This document is required for all rentals from BritKare. It should be filled out with a BritKare representative when the equipment is first rented out.
